Whispering Acres Day Camp
Registration for Day Camp on June 28, 2025
Cost : $130
Kids from 6-17 years old learn what it’s like to have a horse for a day! Learn to care for a horse including grooming, hoof care, horse health and tacking up your horse! Campers get to ride in our outdoor arena, practice how to steer, stop, turn, walk, trot and potentially canter (depending on riding experience). Focus will be on one of the 6 Pillars of Character, as well as participating in ‘Equine Know How’, crafts, and play games. And don’t forget the time to feed and care for the horses, which is a big part of horse ownership! Campers are broken into smaller groups of similar riding experience, which is perfect for both the new and more experienced riders.
All day camps are 9:00am-4:00pm. Morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack is provided. The cost of each camp is $130.00 per child. Early drop off is available for an additional $30 fee. Early drop off hours will be announced and breakfast will be provided.
