Whispering Acres!
As our collection of domestic animals and horses grew, we realized how much our own children loved growing up and interacting with the them. Now, that all of our children are adults, we as a family were prompted to share our animals and horses with those who might not get a chance to live the "farm life".
We love bringing smiles to the faces of participants young and old. The animals and horses we share are a part of our 'family' and are cared for daily with kindness and respect. We hope you can come visit the farm and enjoy our 'family' as much as we do.

Tai Chi with the Horses
Tai Chi helps improve mental health by reducing stress, anxiety, depression and by increasing self-esteem. It often helps with mood disturbance and may improve emotional regulation.
Tai Chi modulates brain regions associated with depression and mood regulation. It reduces stress by reducing sympathetic output and neuroinflammatory sensitization. It shifts attention away from the stressors. Tai Chi also helps by increasing your physical energy, allows for better rest, gives you more clarity and focus, and improves your balance.
EQUINE TAI CHI combines the positive aspects of Tai Chi with the therapeutic aspects of the horse’s natural energy and it develops a deeper energetic connection between you, the horse, and nature.
Join us every Tuesday evening in May and June for a relaxing evening
in the country, while learning the art of Tai Chi. The cost for this program is $80 for all sessions.

High Hopes Equine Assisted Learning
Whispering Acres High Hopes is an equine assisted learning center that has a unique approach to help participants maximize their potential through high quality equine centered activities. Our goal is to educate, mentor, empower and strengthen relationship and life skills in people of all ages.
Whispering Acres Zoo
Our Whispering Acres Zoo is home to a wide variety of animals. Just to name a few: Ducks, Turkeys, Peacocks, Chickens, Chinese Golden Pheasants, Boer Goats, Pygmy Goats, Pigs, Horses, Donkeys and more! Our animals love to have visitors, and we’d love to introduce you to our animal family!

A charming mix of old and new! The Whispering Acres Holiday Treasures Shop is chock full of antiques, primitives, re-purposed decor', floral and so much more! We love all things old, country, prim and floral. In rust we trust! Find the favorite thing that takes up a space in your heart and show case it to your own home!
